Spare Ribs ng Baka 500g

Convenient to use, chpped well. I used making bone broth nilaga. Fresh enough to enoy a straight soup.

I got mostly bones cut into cubes. There are some pieces that still have some meat on it but mostly it is just bones cut into cubes mixed with a decent cut but there aint anything that can be made as broth. It is like a cube of rock or cement. If i’d count the pieces maybe half is bones only. Like clean white bones
